Inside Sales Representative

With a deep-rooted history in energy-spanning fuels to fleet maintenance, EKOS has now expanded into EV charging, automobile and telematics integrations, and sustainability. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative.
In this role, you will proactively engage with potential and existing customers to help grow our portfolio of thousands of customer sites across the US and Canada.

On an average day, you will:
- Proactively call and engage with existing EKOS customers to understand their needs and upsell our new, innovative software solutions designed to aid their transition from traditional fuels to electrification
- Diligently track your daily activities and report progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), including metrics such as calls made, contacts established, solutions presented, calls closed, and detailed win/loss analysis
- Work closely with the management team to refine sales scripts, ensuring they are effective and resonate with customer needs. Present new and improved sales solutions based on feedback and market trends
To qualify for this job, you must have the following:
- Minimum High School Diploma required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An in-depth understanding and ability to demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to pass a full background check
We’d also love it if you have the following:
- Experience with KPIs and Sales tools to exceed sales goals
- Demonstrated ability and/or success with upselling existing customers through a solutions-based sales approach
