Service & Repair and Supply Chain Administrator

Our group is looking for a Service & Repair and Supply Chain Administrator to join our team. No previous experience is necessary; we will provide hands-on training. The ideal individual is a problem-solver and ready to hit the ground running. You will monitor critical systems for failures while identifying and resolving software and hardware-related issues.

On an average day, you will:
- Ensure that all requests for Service and Equipment quotes have a Service Ticket in EKOS
- Update Status of Service Orders in EKOS by contacting Vendors and requesting updates as necessary
- Follow-up with Vendors on status of Open Equipment Purchase Orders
- Create Purchase Orders for Service Calls and Equipment quotes in Quickbooks as necessary
- Update Status of Estimates and Purchase Orders in Quickbooks through follow-up with Vendors
- Maintain accurate inventory counts of Equipment in Quickbooks
- Manage entire shipment process for Equipment in Quickbooks including packaging and drop off for equipment
- Configure communication devices based on documented installation instruction
- Update customer data in EKOS, including site information (contacts, equipment, etc.)
To qualify for this job, you must have the following:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An in-depth understanding and ability to demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with both internal and external personnel
- Ability to pass a full background check
- US work authorization required
We’d also love it if you have the following:
- One year of administrative support experience
- Basic knowledge of networking at IOT devices
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks
